The inscription should have been larger since it was one name with less than ten letters. You can hardly see the name.

Yearly tradition ruined by poor quality product. For more than a decade, I have purchased personalized Christmas ornaments for my child each year. This year’s selection was terrible and the product was cheaply made. The ornament arrived scratched and the engraving looked shallow. In the years past, the ornaments arrived in a nice red bag for storage. This year- thin bubble wrap. The back of the ornament had a sticker that said ‘personalization mall’. Company bought out earlier this year.

I have bought many personalized ornaments over the years, however, I have never been as happy as I have been with these! They are outstanding!

Very cute, heavy, and durable.

The ornament itself is very nice, nice detail, nice color, nice weight, however the personalization lettering is done in a shade so light it disappears in the metal background. I cannot see my personalization at all unless I twist and turn it in all different directions and in all different lighting. This ornament would have been perfect had they done the lettering in black, so you could see it. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift but I cannot give it as a gift, it looks lame, like a mistake, very disappointed in how this came out, Personalization Mall needs to fix this and go with black lettering, that's a no brainer.

It is a cute ornament but I was definitely disappointed with the engraving. It is very small and not deep enough. You have to hold it at a certain angle to read the engraved portion. I bought two of them and they are gifts. I will still give them, but I will not choose this type of gift again.

The snowman is super cute, but I really have to strain to read the personalization. Perhaps the print should have been a dark shade (maybe black).

Was surprised the great quality of this ornament. All my grandchildren and kittens have a snowman ornament on my tree. This is a great addition for quality and price especially with engraving. Also comes with a felt gift bag to keep it in while waiting for Christmas to come each year. Great as an addition to your tree or as a gift

The ornament looked Exactly as Shown on the Preview. This was for a Traditional Family Gathering and, once they arrived, were just what I wanted. The only negative did not involve the product but the delivery. It was sent to a PO Box and, unfortunately, the Post Office failed to deliver it as was anticipated. I received the items 3 days after the event. However, I loved them, the Recipients all loved them too. Next time I'll order earlier.
