I bought this as a unique retirement gift for a friend. It's been opened and inspected, but it hasn't been given or used yet. It's heavy, solid and feels well made.

Some previous reviewers had said the engraving size was small. The company must have changed that, because the letters are bold and they're not small now. The finish is very shiny - I'll have to remember to buff it up before his party. ??

I have worked with Personalization mall as one of our vendors add an old job that I had, so naturally I thought of them when I was looking for the perfect Christmas gift for a guy that I was seeing who owns a bar and likes to drink, a lot lol. Not only was I impressed by the engraving done on the bullet, but I was impressed that it was solid it was actually heavy it wasn't anything cheaply designed or cheaply made. So if you're debating on getting this, it's definitely worth it! And he loved it.

It’s a nice item, but the engraving wasn’t as deep cur as the picture showed. You have to look close to see the engraving.

I purchased this item and specified that it be engraved with the initials KEE. It arrived with the initials HEE. I called Customer Service, and was instructed to email a picture of the product with the incorrect engraving, which I did. The response I received stated that it had been engraved correctly. I sent another photo - this one with an even more close-up view - and suggested a different font be used. I received a curt, poorly written reply stating that a different font could not be used, and that I essentially received exactly what I ordered. I am a first-time customer who will remain one; I will not be ordering from this company again.
