I ordered this product in early September as a gift. I can honestly say that the Domino Set and customer service exceeded my expectations. The workmanship involved in personalizing this Domino Set was perfect. I want to send a special "thanks" to Pat for her exceptional customer service. This is a gift for a grandpa to play with his grands. Package was delivered to the garage door and wasn't seen so it was run over as we drove in. Surprisingly, the wooden box was not damaged. I liked it well so much I ordered for another gift.

Love the idea of a personalized gift for friends who like to play dominoes with my parents. The dominos look nice (although I did not remove the plastic coating because it is a gift) and the box itself is sturdy however... the paint/stain on the box did not cover the top side portion of the box well and the lighter, wood on top is completely unfinished, without even a clear coat. With these 'flaws' I feel it gives an overall impression of a lower quality item and I am not proud to give this as a gift. Since it is personalized, I do not think it can be returned. Also, between the short time I put the item in my cart and placed the order the price increased $15.00. That was disappointing but an acceptable price for what I thought would be a very nice thoughtful gift. In my opinion, it is not worth the $50.00 (ish) price. It does not look like the well finished product shown in this review. (that is the suppliers picture, not mine) I would not order this as a gift but nice enough for your own use if you like a nice box to store your dominoes.
