I’ve ordered these before for all my grandchildren, love them.

Lettering is so pale, I hope it doesn't wear off!

Usually my favorite item to give as a baby gift. I buy one for the parents and one for the grandparents.

Wished it would have had one more glass holder on the back. Other than that, a beautiful product!

The overall workmanship on the frame is amazing but it keep falling cause the back piece can't hold the picture in the frame correctly.

Great frame. Only thing that could be better is if the letters were stained a bit darker. I’ve ordered 6 frames over 10 years for my grandchildren and a few the letters are really light.

I am pleased with the appearance of the frame. It's lovely with the engraved wood. My only complaint is that the back panel is poorly fitted to the frame. I don't feel confident that it will hold the glass and photo in place if picked up. I'm considering ways to bolster it's fit.

I have purchased four of these frames. The first two in 2014 and the others in 2016 and 2017. The coloring of the letters is a lot darker on the first two purchased and matches what is seen on the website.

The idea of the frames is a great one. I ordered 11. 8 were perfect, however 3 were very light and names could hardly be seen. Called PM and they said because the names are lasered into the wood, and not inked, they could not promise that names would all be equally visible. After sending the company a picture of the 3 along w/one that was as shown on website, they replaced the 3 at no cost no hassle. The 3 new ones are dark and exactly as shown. I am completely satisfied w/PCM and their customer service. Would order again for sure from them.

Individually, I would give these frames 5 stars. I bought them as a set, however, and the wood is different colors. The engraving is beautiful and the frames seem to be of good quality.

I ordered four of these personalized name frames and was happy with the quality of the frame. Gave them all as gifts and it is something that can be used forever. The only thing that I was a little unhappy with was the fact that the lettering is not dark like pictured in the sample on the website.

I thought it was a nice extra along side a baby gift for new parents. Well made looked good.

This frame is so cute. The only thing I was wanting was one in black or maybe offer other colors in the frame. I was pleased with the way it turned out for our granddaughter

I have these name frames for all my grandchildren and I think they are great. The only problem I have with them is that I wish I could get other sizes. A lot of their school pictures come in 5x7 instead of 4x6.

I have ordered many of these frames. I call them the "perfect baby gift." Never have I given one that was not liked and admired by all in attendance. The only reason I didn't give the frame 5 stars is the color. I think the frame would look better with a dark wood and light letters...just my opinion.

Great picture frame.

When I received this very cute frame the glass was broken. I was so disappointed. It should of been shipped much better. Personalization Mall told me that I should take a picture of the frame, but unfortunely I already gave the gift . I had to get another piece of glass.
I ordered a sign in wood for a gift and it was very nice, so I will order again, but hope that they wrap it better for shipping.

I received two of these frames as gifts for my sons. I absolutely loved them and so did they! I have family members with not so common names so I decided to order them as gifts to them. I was please with the frames once again but there was one thing I would suggest. When the letters are both long such as a p and an l, the lettering for the top part of the frame ("A is for Ashley") goes all the way to the edge on both the outside of the frame and towards the middle of the frame. I didn't look as nice that way, almost like it was a mistake or something. If they had half stars I would have given it 4 1/2 stars for that reason. Other than that, it is a special gift to give to others.

I ve searched for personalized frames for photos of my 9 grandchildren for quite some time unable to find something suitable. These were perfect for the space I have.
Only downside is that lettering varies in shades of black.
Otherwise, product is of good quality

This is a great present for non-standard names -- which is the case for 98% of our family. Turnaround is quick and quality is high. We have purchased this multiple times as presents for family members.

These frames are really nice. Especially if you have a name that's spelled differently!

I love these frames because they are SO UNIQUE! Both my Granddaughters have unique names, so in order to get a personalized frame (or anything else, for that matter) I have to order it! My only complaint is that the finish of the first one I ordered, on the ingraving, was darker and there was more contrast between the names and the frame itself. The second frame was ordered 4 years later and that length of time I guess played a part in the difference of color, but I really expected that the product would be consistently the same. Other than that, I think these are GREAT! Just wish they matched better.

Great present to give to anyone. Everyone I have given it to has loved it. Highly recommend it. It's a very unique and very personal frame to keep or to give to someone. People love when they know you took the time to choose something special just for them.

It's exactly like one I bought at a craft fair a few years ago for myself, except mine was 5x7. Wish this could have been the same size but otherwise perfect.

The frame itself is awesome. I've bought one for each grandchild, over the years. However,this one didn't have any glass. I tried to do the chat thing but they just quit chatting with me.

I've ordered many of these over the years and although they're pricey, they've been very nice. The frames I ordered in early 2023 still came with glass. The frames I just purchased at the end of 2023 just had a thin piece of plastic instead of glass. I would expect glass for a frame at this price point. The frames are lovely, don't get me wrong. But I don't think the thin plastic sheet will stand the test of time like glass.

I love the frames and they are of good quality. However, I ordered 3 frames, 1 for each grandchild. On 1 frame the wood used was a darker wood and the engraving came out brighter and clearer. On the other two frames, the wood was lighter so the engraving did not turn out well on them. I complained about it but they said it was just the difference in the color of the wood and would not remake the lighter two. Not happy about this but what can I do. I suggested that if somebody orders more than 1 frame at a time, the manufacturer should ensure the same type of wood for that order. There really is a big difference and I wanted all the frames the same. :(

I have purchased these frames for years and have loved them. They have made changes to how dark the name is on the frame, and it is harder to distinguish the name on the wooden frame. It is not nearly as clear as the photo indicates!

I ordered 2 frames. One was perfect. The other is perfect on the front but the back of it does not fit. I had to try to force the clips in the wood or the back would not stay on.

A couple years ago, we received one of these frames at the birth of our first child. We loved it and got many compliments on it. When I got pregnant with Baby #2, I knew I'd want a matching frame for him. Unfortunately, it did not turn out as well. The letters are barely blackened in and don't stand out at all. When I contacted customer service, I was told that they couldn't guarantee consistency and they blamed it on the quality of wood. I am unimpressed with 1) the quality of the second frame and 2) the quality of the response from customer service. Maybe they should look for a better quality wood? I'll probably use a marker to color it in or something. Just very disappointing. Lesson learned - don't order wood products from this company.

I ordered 3 personalized frames altogether. I was happy with 2 of them but the one for "David" didn't really have the darkness in the letters like the others. But the quality of the frame itself is quite good.

Check your preview image carefully. The J in the name was cut off on the bottom and when I complained they said that sometimes the font does that and it showed that way on the image I approved.
Quick delivery and response to my complaint but I expected better quality control from a company that specializes in personalized gifts.

1) The color of the letters is almost the same as the wood. Stained light and very little contrast.
2) Don't like the way the names are on the vertical frames. Instead of up and down they spell it sideways across the frame and it looks terrible.
3) First letter of name is not always shown in a capital letter

I ordered these same frames years past for my grandkids and now all the sudden they are different and cheaper!

Product lettering was too light Not as shown in picture for preview . Company was not willing to send out a replacement. I will reconsider any future orders .

I previously ordered two other of the same frame for other children's names over the last 6 years, but this will the last one I order. This third frame was not as nice as the first two frames, the name is not as sharp in the wood as the others, not like the picture shown here. When I called to find out why and what I could do about it I was told that there was nothing that could be done about it, that is was a different type of wood used that cause the difference. Disappointing...
