Excellent product

I had ordered 4 ornaments from PMall. Even though they were a good quality, one of them was broken in half. I contacted customer service, and they immediately responded and sent a replacement. I received the replacement in a week. :)

I buy an ornament annually from Personalization Mall & they never disappoint. It arrived in a few short days after purchase. It looked exactly as described & depicted online & was the usual quality I've come to expect.

This ornament looks better than I imagined it would. It is solid quality, and so cute! I put Grandma in the middle, with her four grandsons on the other hats.
