I would have given a 5 star rating except that it came broken at the top. The packaging was not properly secured.

There was damage at the very top and there were tiny broken pieces inside the gap. I wanted to put it in its rightful place already even with the damage. If it was not damaged, without a doubt I would have given 5 stars.

Picture on stone is not very good does not blend in well with the stone

I felt that the product I received was not as seen in the picture color was not as bright as picture shows and the picture of my pad seem to be blurry

It looks beautiful on line, but the intended recipient has not received it yet, therefore I can not give it an honest review...but it looks lovely online...

I really wanted to love this. Our dog was fawn in color and he is sitting on a beige sofa. Given the color of the stone….it looks a bit blah. Maybe with a different picture…..it would have looked better.

The picture was 100% clearer when I uploaded it. When printed and once received the photo is dark and you can see the picture up close only. It looks very dark and black.

I love this product, and I buy it for any of my friends that lose their pet. However, many times the wrong item arrives with the wrong, pet name and face. That is terrible considering the loss they just went through.

Buyer beware. The pictures of the Garden Stone look nice and it looks great when you add your personalization on the website. But I opened mine today when it arrived and the picture is very dark. The picture is not a solid image, the rainbow colors show through making the picture dark. The company needs to do better.
I would not order this again. By the way, this is a gift and I'm not sure I'm going to give it.

I ordered this for my puppy's I love you wall. The first time they sent it, it was so dark you couldn't see the pups face. The second one they did better, but it still did not look like the preview I was expecting.

It's made of plastic and far too light to put outside, the writing on it looks good, but the picture turns out fuzzy, I don't recommend it and I wouldn't buy another one no matter what price.

My item was delivered broken.
