I bought this for my wife for Christmas in 2023 and she loved it. Unfortunately our daughter decided to hand wash it and when she sat it upside down on the counter, both handles broke off. I wasn't there, but I realize she is like a bull in a china shop and probably sat it down to hard, just thought I'd warn others to be careful. The dish looks great and my wife has prepared many meals in it so I ordered a 2nd one and told our daughter to keep her hands off of it. LOL Definitely recommend these dishes, we get lots of usage out of them.
The first one came but the handle was broken. The company sent a replacement with in 2 days!! Unfortunately that was actually smashed during shipping but Their customer service is exceptional! I highly recommend this company just be careful with casserole dishes with handles. They are packed well but I think shipping is not as fragile as they could be.

Nicely made and true to on-line picture & description. Just be aware the dish is very heavy, even empty. Think Le Creuset dish type of weight. Not a reason not to purchase just something to keep in mind if you are giving as a gift.

This was a gift for my sister in law and one for me. It’s really beautiful but I should have read the specifications more carefully. It’s larger than I thought and very heavy. Exactly as pictured online
The first time I ordered this, it came promptly - but one handle was broken off! I called and a second one was successfully shipped. The person who received it in the gift exchange is my grandson who loves to cook. He loves it! I told him to be careful of the handles, as they don't seem that strong. Your company's service is stellar, and I will order again. I note there are other pieces in this line, that don't have handles. I may order some of them in the future.
I bought this as a Christmas gift, so it has not been used yet. It looks great, but I was expecting a lid and there isn't one. I'm not sure how I missed that part, but I don't think I would have bought it knowing that it did not have a lid.
I love this baking dish, however the only thing I noticed was the letter B. It looked like it started to be a D. All good. I still love it.
Large Heavy Casserole

The dish has adorable personalization but is not practical in any sense. It is too large and too heavy to want to use as often as we need one. It feels like it will chip so quickly and it has no cover sadly.

I order a lot from PM Mall and only one other time did I receive something broken. PM Mall reps are awesome and quick to replace.
I love the baking dish but very disappointed the left handle came broken when delivered even though it was packaged in a box. I am looking to call customer service to get a replacement since this is for my daughter.
This item was broken into many pieces when delivered. I know this happens occasionally. However, the packing surrounding it was insufficient, and when I called their number to get re-ordered, their recording said they are closed (even when it was during their business hours) and was directed to email them. During the Christmas season they should certainly be available during business hours to handle issues.
