This ornament is perfect. My original order was off-center. P Mall offered to replace my order. They did so in a very timely manner and my replacement order arrived in perfect condition. I appreciate a company that chooses to satisfy customers. I will not hesitate to order from them in the future!!!!

Everything was made well I just was disappointed in the size for the price. I got a larger one for half the price. I know you pay extra for the college name but why make it so small??
