The photograph used came out PERFECT on the mug even though the photo was not a high resolution. Also, had to enlarge the image during the on-line design phase, and the rating meter (poor, good, best) as I increased the size helped so that I didn't make the image too big and thus blurry. Can't recommend this service enough.

I have ordered several of these and everybody I sent them to just Loved them the only problem is with the shipping I ordered 2 at the same time sent to the same city different addresses one took 3 days and one to took 5 and when you would like to get them there for a Birthday or special occasion it's tough

I went with the build your own and was a little nervous because it doesn’t show you the personalization preview of the mug but it came out soooo nice!

Great quality on the mugs! Only issue is the printing is much smaller than I thought it would be. Not sure if this wasn't my mistake. Thought I would get a preview picture before it was actually printed.

The mug is solid, albeit chunky to drink from. I personalized with only “Come my love” so I knew the mug would be simple but the final pic review before you hit confirm was misleading. The picture made the words seem much more prevalent on the mug than what I received. When in doubt, I guess go bigger

I uploaded a high quality, high resolution image to be put on the cup, but it looks low quality. Disappointing.
