Seller is great at communicating. Had issues with Fed Ex shipping which delayed the delivery date but the seller made up for that at no fault. Will do business again with them.

 Almost Perfect By Shopper (Upper Marlboro, MD) - November 29, 2023 I was highly impressed with the quality of the robe. Luxurious fabric and nicely made. I actually give 4.9 stars and would have given 5 stars but the engraving does not stand out as much as I thought it would. The letters are smaller than I hoped and embedded into the fabric instead of being raised. Overall it’s a great design and I’m sure my 19-year old granddaughter will love it.
