The pillow is so flat needs to be filled more. Otherwise I love because family names and Gnomes.

Cute for decorating a bed during the holidays. Didn’t realize it was flatter than other pillows I have ordered here. Being “lumbar” must make it different but not supportive as I would have liked. Still looks cute on a bed.

This is avery cute item. However, the pillow case is not a full case. This was disappointing.

The pillow cover itself is beautiful. It’s exactly what I wanted, and the quality is great. However, the pillow insert that comes with it is disappointing. As it’s advertised as a lumbar pillow, I expected it to be somewhat fuller and stuffed in in order to give some lumbar support, but it is an almost flat pillow insert. I would purchase this again but with the understanding that I will go to Joann fabrics or somewhere similar to get a better pillow insert to use with the pillow cover.

I buy many items from this company. This is the first time I’ve been disappointed. I know it’s a small pillow but it’s very flat. Wound have liked it fluffier.

I thought the pillow would be a little more plush

Disappointed the gnome hat and writing is orange, especially compared to other Christmas decorations in my home.

I am very happy with this pillow overall, however, the pillow is much thinner, not fluffy, than it appears in the photo. It makes it seem "cheap" and considering it was $30, after shipping, it most definitely was not. Still, as a gnome collector, it's very cute.

The insert was not good, too flat. I had to buy a new one. Quality of case was just ok, looked kind of cheap.

The personalized cover is not centered maybe because I had 5 names instead of 6? The left side has a blank spot and the rest of the gnomes and writing is pushed to the right ,if this had been intended to be a gift I would be returning it but it was just for me ,so I’ll live with it.
On a positive note the gnomes themselves are adorable.

Velvet pillow review….. Not as nice as I had hoped

Bought this as a Christmas gift. I was sad to see the print was only on a pillow case and it comes with a very cheap pillow to slip the cover over.

The design was great - exactly what I wanted! However, the "pillow" was not a lumbar pillow as shown, it was super thin - probably only an inch or inch and a half thick. Still super cute, but definitely not what was shown.

I was disappointed in this purchase. The advertised picture looks like the pillow fills out the cover. It does not. It’s very flat which causes the cover to not fit tight over the pillow. I would not purchase again nor recommend.

For the cost, the quality was poor. The pillow is very flat and barely fills out the cover. It appears considerably smaller than expected.

I ordered this Christmas present early. I have ordered from this company twice before. I kept getting the run around when the item was delayed in delivery. When it finally arrived yesterday the quality poor. Not happy with the product.

The pillow and design is adorable and shipped quickly. However once we received the pillow it has 2 black stains on it. Sent an email through the website to inquire if we can get a new one sent as this is a Xmas gift but have not received any response. Cannot rate this high due to these issues.
