Very Pleased By Shopper (Gainesville, VA) - April 6, 2018 My order was for 11 personalized frames. I appreciated that I was provided a preview of my custom text during the ordering process, and the frames arrived looked just as previewed. Within the single shipping package that arrived, each frame was packaged in a separate box appropriate for wrapping - I likely don't need the additional gift boxes I purchased. No glass or frame was broken; on all frames the lettering was consistent and nicely done. The frame design means the wood in the corners of the frame is rough, but it is as designed and looks appropriate; the uncut wood is smooth to the touch, and the custom lettering had no burrs or splinters.
