Lovely Frame, Loose Backing Board Overall, I'm very pleased with the quality of this picture frame. The wood is rich and the engraving is deep. My only complaint,is the backing board only comes with two support clips to keep the picture in place. The backing board does not sit flush with the wood and the glass frame moves around loosely. I inserted a piece of cardboard behind the photo to help secure the frame. A frame this size needs a minimum of four backing clips; not two.

Great Gift By Shopper (Mission Viejo, CA) - June 20, 2022 Was a great Father's Day Gift. He loved it! The engraving was nice. My only concern was that the backing of the frame was off & the glass was unprotected & loose, when it arrived. Just glad nothing was broken.

Grandma frame We thought order wasn't delivered and FedEx told me to contact the company. They responded quickly and offered to send a replacement product or give refund. Replacement came quickly. The original turned up 3 days later at a neighbor's house, so we.have 2 frames. Second one is actually better than first, as text on first frame is a little faded in a few spots. This was a gift for my Mother in Law and she likes it.

Inconsistent finish I love the frame, the engraving is good quality. I'm just very disappointed with the finish of the frame, the corners of the frame are not all the same dark brown like the photo shows. The frame that I received: 2 bottom corners are dark brown and the 2 top corners are light brown.

Darker thank before I ordered this product for my husband because he already had 2 from our first two children and then 6 years later I ordered another one to match. It is the same frame but the wood looks much darker than the original 2 or the picture online. Personalization is still beautiful.

Wooden Frames - a natural and an environmentally friendly gift I have been creating frames for my students for about 3 years now. Pmall is a very user friendly site which makes the process easy and fairly quick. I love the way they collect my points and enjoy the many discounts given. The order comes on time and the best part is that it is mostly green - no plastic used in the packaging!!
I didn't give it 5 stars, since the process taken on the frames doesn't alway have the same results and some words don't show as dark and as well. However, my students, who don't have a point of comparison, just love it! I will continue using Pmall for my personalized items.

Things like dozens of fonts to choose from, different wood sizes and colors. Seems their market is limited to baby photos and wedding frames. Yawn. Beautiful, but needs more clips By Shopper (Sherman Oaks, CA) - December 19, 2018 This frame is just as pictured, and the lettering is deep and legible. However, it only has two clips on the back to hold the photo and glass in - so the glass jiggles and caves in on the top when you stand it up. I put in two bamboo skewers to hold it in, but an 8 x 10 frame should have at least four clips. Six would be better. Otherwise, beautiful and a great gift.

first home frame I am very happy with the frame as it turned out. I am glad that it was on sale though. I would not have paid full price for it. Even though it is a very nice frame it is not outstanding. But i am still very pleased with it. I have used personalization mall before and have always been happy with my purchase, especially how quickly i have received my order. Very nice touch. Plus they run sales regularly too which is nice. Personalized photo frame By Shopper (North Augusta, SC) - May 31, 2017 When I first received this in the mail, the wooden frame was gorgeous...but the glass was broken in many pieces. I immediately called customer service and explained the problem. Representative was helpful and courteous and said the company would replace the glass at no cost to me. I just received it yesterday and my frame is complete. 8x10 horizontal personalized wooden frame is the way to go! I have it nicely placed in my home and couldn't be happier!

Very nice By Shopper (Cave City, AR) - May 5, 2017 The picture frame I ordered was very beautiful. I really like the personalized writing on it. Very beautiful font. The only thing I didn't like about it was the way the back was held in with only two fasteners, one on top and one on bottom, I think it should have had them on the sides too, because the back was very loose. Other than that, I loved it.

Quick delivery I purchased these custom frames for a 'friend's reunion.' I had a short amount of time to find something and you guys delivered in amazingly quick fashion. So quick that I had them far in advance than I thought possible.
One of the frame's did not have the proper finish though and the edges around the back of the frame were very rough to the touch. But I ordered 5 and only one had this issue.
Overall this was a great experience and I'll order again.

It was not as sturdy or thick as I anticipated. I thought the wood would be heavier and more solid. It was nice engraving on a cheap frame.

The frame purchased I purchased a wooden frame w/my own personalization and it (the frame) was real wood. The only thing I would have liked is that it would have been sanded better, to clean it, the rag kept getting caught. A smoother frame would have been better but I did like it very much. Simple and not heavy. Really liked it!

Fun way to frame a memory I have purchased this item for my husband each time we have been fortunate enough to have another grandchild. It is a unique way to commemorate his special relationship with each grandchild. I love the fact that I could personalize it with the title our grandchildren call him by, Gramps, rather than Grandpa. My only suggestion is that I would like to see this item in an acrylic version, or other material that that would be colorful. The wood look is nice but bland. If it was offered in color choices, it would appeal to a larger audience. I definitely would suggest purchasing this item to buy if you need a unique gift to personalize, especially for a parent or grandparent.

Exactly as pictured. however, was not expecting the wood to be so "rough" and not sanded on the corner squares (in the picture example where there are dark squares in the corners). I wish it was just smooth, sanded wood. But it's still cute. And great that it can be personalized to say anything.

Perfect gift Needing a unique combination 1st Communion and Confirmation gift I was elated to find this frame. With additional space for both sacraments, name, and date, it worked perfectly for my grandson's special day. Note - the photo is not mine but the frame is.

Just as I ordered I've ordered similar wooden picture frames from Personalization Mall in the past, and all, including this one, are well made, of high quality, and just as I ordered and previewed. I like the fact that you can have whatever words, names you want engraved; truly making the product a personal gift. However, I do wish there were additional options regarding font style and size of the frame.
