BY MISTAKE SHE RECIEVED SOMEONE ELSES CANDLE JAR, SHE CALLED AND THE YOUNG WOMAN THAT SHE TALKED TO WAS REALLY NICE, THIS THE FIRST TIME I EVER HAD A PROBLEM. I HAVE BEEN ORDERING FROM HERE FOR A FEW YEARS. THE YOUNG LADY ASSURED MY SISTER HERS WOULD BE COMING SOON. SHE WAS WORRIED ABOUT THE OTHER MOTHER WOULDN'T RECIEVE HERS ON TIME. I FEEL THAT THE PACKAGING DEPARTMENT SHOULD PAY MORE ATTENTION ON WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I HAD SENT ANOTHER CANDLE JAR AND MY DAUGHTER WAS REALLY PLEASED WITH IT. SHE GOT THE RIGHT ONE

The personalized candle for my daughter is beautiful and the scent is as well, but it is smaller than I anticipated when I ordered it. Giving it to her for Mothers Day to thank her for making me a Grandma!

It is so cute and the personalization made it so much more special.

This personalized candle jar is very sweet. The birthday month flower and personalization on the front is special (although the cursive font is a little hard to read). The personal message on the back is nice although you can see the plastic it was printed on (not perfectly applied). Still a nice gift.

It's a beautiful candle, but much, much smaller than I expected. All the receivers of the candles said they smelled very good. I just wish they were large enough to be spotted from across the room.

I really love the product when received it. I also like the ability to add a personalized poem or statement. However, when creating the sentiment on the back of the candle, the lines can not be capitalized.

Does not look like picture. There is no birth flower at all. Does not have a black screw cover and has only a cork top. Looks like a pasted paper instead of etched glass like the picture shows. Very disappointed
