This is an adorable ornament, but the names are very hard to read on the gingerbread people.

I have ordered alot of ornaments over the years without any problems. This order was different. This one was 1 of 6 and they arrived not as securely as usual. It had pieces broken off. It was very cute but have contacted them. I hope they can resolve this issue quickly.

Ordered this ornament with another and instead of shipping in a box to ensure they would make it intact, they shipped it in a flimsy bag. This item arrived broken into 2 pieces. Had to waste even more time to contact the company for a replacement and then wait for that replacement. What is actually being saved if you have to remake and reship items vs just putting them in a sturdier container? Of course they blame the carrier, which by the way they were the ones that chose them.

Definitely will have to reconsider future purchases. I will also assume that since this isn't a positive review that it won't be posted. Photo has had identifying information removed.

It’s a nice ornament and feels sturdy, like it will hold up well.

The ornament wsd delivered broken in two pieces

I’ve purchased previous ornaments from this company and has always been satisfied. I purchased this one and it arrived with a dent and discoloration on it with cracks. The other ornament I ordered this year came out very nice. I am unhappy with this one as it was purchased as a gift.
