Christmas ornament gift I ordered ten of these. They were done beautifully but when they arrived one had a small chip on the corner. I filled out the return information and they replaced it at no charge. I got the replacement within a week. This company will get my recurring business for sure. They could not have been more accommodating.

Excellent but has a sticker By Shopper (Seymour, IN) - September 12, 2024 I love the ornament and they are exactly what we wanted. There is only one problem. There is a Made in China sticker right in front of some of the words on the ornament. If you take it off it leaves a spot on the ornament. I don't know why you would put a sticker right in the middle of a beautiful ornament.

A tradition I have started a tradition of getting my 2 boys & their wives matching snowflake ornaments about 8 years ago. I try to find something that has the year on them so they will see all the years they have from their step-dad & I once we are no longer here & something that is different from the previous years. Something that ties them to us & each other. I am very happy how these turned out. It's beautiful & very affordable. The crystal one I have been getting are just way too expensive this year. I love I make put our own words and thoughts. I will be using your services again.
