Ornament is great.

I have purchased several ornaments in the past. I love the look of the glass ornaments on my tree.

I ordered ten of these. They were done beautifully but when they arrived one had a small chip on the corner. I filled out the return information and they replaced it at no charge. I got the replacement within a week. This company will get my recurring business for sure. They could not have been more accommodating.

I love the ornament and they are exactly what we wanted. There is only one problem. There is a Made in China sticker right in front of some of the words on the ornament. If you take it off it leaves a spot on the ornament. I don't know why you would put a sticker right in the middle of a beautiful ornament.

I ordered 5 ornaments, all of them are beautiful ?? They arrived almost 5 days sooner than the estimated shipping time. I was very shocked and pleased. I will absolutely order again in the future.

This ornament arrived in excellent shape. Can't wait to place it on our tree. What a wonderful way to remember our first Christmas together after two years of being apart. Thank you for being here. May this season bring Peace and Joy to you and yours. David

it was very nice but i thought the print could have been a little bigger.

It is very pretty and comes in a nice velvet pouch. Seems a bit smaller than I expected. Inscription is great!

I have started a tradition of getting my 2 boys & their wives matching snowflake ornaments about 8 years ago. I try to find something that has the year on them so they will see all the years they have from their step-dad & I once we are no longer here & something that is different from the previous years. Something that ties them to us & each other. I am very happy how these turned out. It's beautiful & very affordable. The crystal one I have been getting are just way too expensive this year. I love I make put our own words and thoughts. I will be using your services again.

I ordered 6 octagon ornaments, they were etched perfectly. Unfortunately 2 of them were chipped but I was warned about that possibility of happening.
