I ordered the heart in multi. Received in a cute black pouch but there was no magnet attached or included in the order. The plastic overlay makes it difficult to see the design inside depending on the angle.Customer service is sending a "replacement" magnet. Perhaps that will make it easier to read. Who knows what the magnet will make it look like. Wished they had simply reordered the correct item. I shouldn't have to assemble their mistake.

Warning: Check to see if there is really a magnet. I sent this to my mom for Mother's Day. She said it was really cute. She immediately put it on her fridge and it fell to the ground and broke into pieces. She turned it over and saw that there was actually no magnet where there was supposed to be.

I thought they were supposed to be magnets!

It dropped and broke when I went to put on my refrigerator, AS IT WAS NOT ACTUALLY A MAGNET!
