My initial review would be 2 but the faded print from one side to the next side of an ornament was acknowledged by customer service quality crew quickly after submission of problem from my order account via email. I followed email instructions and an answer occured within 48 hours. i had to attach pictures then within 24 hours an answer and resolution was reached. I believe This will still meet my date for gifting. Overall Efficient response. Ive gifted from this company many times.

I love it and hope my family will like it too, it has the name of all of the grandchildren. I just hoped it was a little bit bigger but it is still an amazing ornament.

I have a big family and love how this ornament fits all the names!! I bought five and the are beautiful! I couldn’t believe how quickly they arrived!

Too many grandkids for just one ornament so I separated the boys & the girls onto two ornaments. I love the two sides - that way, no matter which way they swing on the tree, all the names can be seen.

My daughter told me that her ornament did not follow along with her Halloween decorated house, but that it was fine because it had her babies on the ornament and the stand that came with it allows it to be placed in a secure place. She has fur babies that love a Christmas tree, so she cannot put one up.

I sent this ornament to all of my kid's, kids (my grandkids). It turned out beautifully and well received. I got to see it when visiting over Thanksgiving.

I ordered these ornaments as a family gift with the names of the extended family (including pets). The ornaments arrived promptly and were exactly as previewed at ordering. I bought these for the Christmas trees, but you could also place them on a little table-top hanger sold separately.

These are a gift for Christmas but the recipients have put them on their trees and they loved them??
