Beware, the smaller size means font is very small thus the reason for one less star. This is still a very cute gift and very good quality.

Used 4 names...more would have been better

This ornament with names is a good gift item for family or friends. I only gave it 4 Stars rather than 5 is because I wish some of the names had been a bit larger.

The ornament is wonderful ! As promised. Delivered right on time. The only thing I would change is the duplication of the names. Fill in with pic of garland/Christmas trees instead of duplicating names. Some names were on the ornament twice & some only once. Just to be fair to everyone (especially kids) I would prefer a name printed only once.

I bought 2 for my parents and they look great! Some small spots in the print that I don't love but that upon inspection no one will notice in the tree!

I buy ornaments yearly for my daughter and her roommate. This one is cute, but I took off one star because I expected bright, Christmas-red lettering but it's almost too light to read clearly. Quality of ornament itself is good.

I thought it would have been a little bigger but it turned out really nice and made the perfect gift for my son’s teacher!

It's absolutely beautiful!! The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 is because some of the names appear twice, which is not a problem except that in some cases the 2 same names are both large where as someone else's name only appears once but that one is very small. Other than that, I love it!!

I really like the ornament! Just was disappointed in a couple of the written names very hard to read who they are! I was really glad it was not real heavy hangs on the tree beautifully.

Almost 1/2 the decor weren't quite centered. It wasn't drastic but needs attention to detail. It will be fine to give out to the family.

I love the ornament but wished I had bought the larger size. Some of the names are so tiny you can hardly read them. Still love it!

Every year, I purchase a Christmas ornament featuring our family names. While I like his one, every name but one is featured twice - boldly. One name is printed once and very tiny. Be careful when listing names and looking at the proof online. I switched the names around to be sure mine was the tiny one!

The ornament itself is perfect although I wish there was a way to move names around for placement on the ornament rather than having to re-enter all of the names.
My only issue is that the ornaments arrived without the string to hand it by so I’m going to have to create those myself.

They were what I ordered and will be nice addition to our families trees.

The only thing I suggest is to make the print darker or brighter to stand out better. It seems faded looking now. But otherwise, it is pretty.

I wish I had specified which names should be bigger. I wanted a family ornament and I included all our pets. Some of the pets' names were larger than my in-laws. That's an "oops" on me for not reviewing it better before ordering it

I bought this for my mother in law of her grandkids and I love how it came out and the guilty of the wood is really nice and thick so it will last a while.

Love the ornament however disappointed that two grandsons only had one name and everyone else has two. Did not notice on preview that was sent earlier

All of the names were slightly off centered but I can easily over look it. Outside of that it's beautiful.

Love the ornament however there are 2 things I didn’t like. One was when putting the names on the ornament, there was always one name not put in the middle just on the sides! No matter how I tried to rearrange the names, it never worked out! Since I have 10 grandchildren, they all notice who stands out!The other problem was my granddaughter, Addison, on the one ornament (Charles -1st name on order) looks like Allison instead of Addison.

I ordered this with all the major names in my family. It is lovely. One side of the ornaments is off center. The other is beautiful. It would have been perfect if it had lined up the same as the other. All in all it is a nice idea.

Fun ornament for the whole family! Got one printed with all of our kids and grandkids names included and ordered enough for each family to hang on their tree. The mixture of fonts is fun, but a few of the names were so tiny and a little hard to read. Would love to see this product selection expanded so I could order ornaments every year.

Very disappointed that my ornaments did not come in a bag. I’ve been ordering ornaments for years and this is the first time that my ornaments showed up without a nice bag to gift my ornament in.

The personalized ornament I ordered had great lettering, and I liked the glossy finish. I wish it would have been a little bigger.

As described. Happy With Finished Product. I would suggest buying the larger one.

Ornament has 23 spaces for names and I used them all including Christmas and 2022

Only issue is that it didn’t come in time for Christmas, expected date was 12/23. I would order much earlier next time.

This would have been perfect had the shipping I paid extra for would have been worth it. It was three days late.

The concept is beautiful. The only thing I would change is to let the customer select the font(s) so that the names look almost the same size.

Ornaments came exactly as pictured and are nice quality and construction. Delivery was prompt, particularly for a personalized item, and I do like the two-sided version over the single-sided. I know my mom will really like how it has all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren on it.

These are exactly as listed, turned out nice and are good quality construction. What I would say, and more to the people who make them than to those considering purchasing them, is that I do have a couple issues with how the personalization works. I ordered several of these, and I had to go back and forth numerous times on some of them to make sure that the weird number of names required to fill it up were satisfactory to look at. I used "filler" words like the year, joy, peace, hope, love, etc. as I didn't like that it repeated some of the names, but not all. The other issue is why offer the one-sided ornament? I did one of both the one-sided and two-sided, and definitely prefer the two sided. And finally, the size is a bit small - yes, it is nearly 3", but I wish I had gotten the larger size just so it presented better.

Very cute, I did all 23 names. Some are very small, but readable. The ornament is ceramic and heavy. Nicely made. Would buy again.

I wasn't really loving the matte finish. I usually get a shiny finished ornament. But the presentation was good(clear and readable)
I will know for the next time I purchase

The product was as I expected, however the name fonts had no variety and one name looked like an afterthought because of the way it was placed on the ornament.(Lily) Thank God this wasn’t a gift. Poor planning at the print shop!

Although I love the concept of this item & the various fonts, I didn’t realize that the metal is as thin as a piece of paper. Needs to be a bit more substantial.

The layout was not as expected. I did not want the layout that had each name shown twice but the one with each name once with the family name as a heading.

The names came out great, however the finish is rougher than I thought it would be and the color was different than expected. I would not order matte again

Loved the ornament, however, the ribbon sent to attach to the ornament had been tied and cannot be untied to attach to the ornament. I do not have anything to hang it with.
