Ornament has 23 spaces for names and I used them all including Christmas and 2022

Only issue is that it didn’t come in time for Christmas, expected date was 12/23. I would order much earlier next time.

Very nice especially for the price. I would buy again except maybe get the glazed product.

This would have been perfect had the shipping I paid extra for would have been worth it. It was three days late.

The concept is beautiful. The only thing I would change is to let the customer select the font(s) so that the names look almost the same size.

Ornaments came exactly as pictured and are nice quality and construction. Delivery was prompt, particularly for a personalized item, and I do like the two-sided version over the single-sided. I know my mom will really like how it has all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren on it.

These are exactly as listed, turned out nice and are good quality construction. What I would say, and more to the people who make them than to those considering purchasing them, is that I do have a couple issues with how the personalization works. I ordered several of these, and I had to go back and forth numerous times on some of them to make sure that the weird number of names required to fill it up were satisfactory to look at. I used "filler" words like the year, joy, peace, hope, love, etc. as I didn't like that it repeated some of the names, but not all. The other issue is why offer the one-sided ornament? I did one of both the one-sided and two-sided, and definitely prefer the two sided. And finally, the size is a bit small - yes, it is nearly 3", but I wish I had gotten the larger size just so it presented better.

Very cute, I did all 23 names. Some are very small, but readable. The ornament is ceramic and heavy. Nicely made. Would buy again.

I wasn't really loving the matte finish. I usually get a shiny finished ornament. But the presentation was good(clear and readable)
I will know for the next time I purchase

The product was as I expected, however the name fonts had no variety and one name looked like an afterthought because of the way it was placed on the ornament.(Lily) Thank God this wasn’t a gift. Poor planning at the print shop!

Although I love the concept of this item & the various fonts, I didn’t realize that the metal is as thin as a piece of paper. Needs to be a bit more substantial.

The layout was not as expected. I did not want the layout that had each name shown twice but the one with each name once with the family name as a heading.

The names came out great, however the finish is rougher than I thought it would be and the color was different than expected. I would not order matte again

Loved the ornament, however, the ribbon sent to attach to the ornament had been tied and cannot be untied to attach to the ornament. I do not have anything to hang it with.

I was disappointed in the wooden ornament. The equality was not what I expected. The print was very muted, and not as impressive as the matte ornament

I ordered two family ornaments for gifts for mom and dad. I only got one correct one and some random family’ Christmas ornament. The correct product is cute but missing a few items from order??

Had to order 1 extra at full price due to the company sending 1 less without the last name on it. Was missing an employees name that was on the order

I apparently missed a name but I also paid for a box that was super over priced and the ornament doesn't even fit in it. The box doesn't close and the Matte finish is just not a nice feature. Get the glossy.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of this ornament. All the names are blurry and slightly faded. It seems the quality of Personalization Mall is not the same as it was years ago.

The ornament is just too small. I have ordered many over the years, and so happy with them, but these are just too tiny.

I ordered 8 of these to give as gifts and was very disappointed. The design is not centered. It’s going off the ornament on the left and there’s a gap on the right. Highly embarrassing and disappointing. Ordered several times before and this is the worst.

The matte finish does not look good and the printing was off centered. One side was worse than the other, but both sides were off center. I’m pretty disappointed because I loved it online. I can’t find a way to actually contact anyone to correct it. It is a gift and I’m hesitant to give it.

Too small. Lettering is tiny. Also, don't waste your money on a gift box. It's a cheap, white box with a huge barcode sticker on it.

Never received unable to replace as inventory on back order. Refunded but disappointed as ordered several!
