Lovely but damaged

This item is absolutely lovely - the text is clear and precise and correct. The only problem is that sometime during the transit process the item must have been dropped. The bubble wrap has a slight tear, which did not go all the way through, but the corner of the box is damaged, and one corner of the glass is cracked. There are no sharp edges, but there is an obvious flaw in the otherwise very clear glass. I did call Personalization Mall; they will be resending the item. Hopefully the replacement will be damage free. I do appreciate the responsiveness of the company. I discovered PM 2-3 years ago. It is my go-to place for a lot of Christmas gifts. One of my children went to PM for a gift for my 80th birthday - a shawl with the names of all of my 8 my children and grandchildren. I'll be keeping warm wrapped in their love - they all live out of town from where I am living.
