The vase is beautiful and high quality. My only comment would be the engraving could be cleaner and more visible. The engraving was a bit off center. Still a beautiful vase!

I have not personally seen the Vase. That is why I gave it a 4. Going by what daughter-in-law told me. She says it is Beautiful. She loved it. The shipping was very fast. I payed for expedited shipping and they did not let me down. It was delivered a day earlier than the promised date. I am very pleased.

This is a beautiful vase on its own, but the ability to personalize it makes it a top gift for any occasion. Delivery options exceeded my expectations - mine was delivered exactly as estimated, which was critical since I was left on vacation the next day for the party.

pretty but shorter than I expected

Very beautiful item but the text was very small and not like the draft on the website, however, my former coworker absolutely loved it.

It is beautiful especially with an engraving on it.

The vase is great but the personalization of it is diminished when purchasing online. I used to purchase these in a brick and mortar TR where I could customize both sides if the vase and use different colors. Now, I can only customize one side if the vase with no colors to choose for the font.

Vase was smaller than it appears and i paid quite a bit to personalize it for my coworker whose retiring. The writing of her name and degree is illegible and so small you can't make out her name on the vase.

The vase is beautiful. The personalization was for another person. So, not only was my order messed up so was someone else’s. They promised to send me a new vase with the correct personalization and ship within two days. So my present and retirement party may be saved.
