I purchased this for my doctor and her new baby. I wanted something that was a token of appreceation without looking like i went overboard. this was perfect.

I bought this for my newborn nephew as something he could take from childhood into adulthood. It was shipped directly to my sister's home. She called to say how much she and my bother- in- law loved it. She said the quality was good and the engraving was perfect. She and my brother-in-law loved it so much they used it as a prop in my nephew's newborn baby photo shoot. There were no complaints about the size. I must note that I paid close attention to the section on dimensions and I knew the item would be small. Since it is meant to be a lifelong keepsake, the size was not an issue for me or my sister.

This is the second time I purchased this item. It arrived earlier than expected and is just beautiful. It is very heavy and the perfect new baby gift that I think will be a treasured keepsake.

I have given this train bank twice as a baby gift since receiving it for my son when he was born. I get nothing but joy and excitement in response. It is a delight and so different from the usual baby gifts. Really pretty and smooth to touch, although not for playing with. Use for decorating a dresser and keepsake for baby. My son put his first coins in it. The only improvement I would make is quality of engraving. I was hoping it would show up better. Adequate but I thought a bit too light.

This 'train bank' is a small size, but heavy. I had it customized with name and year, it will make a great decoration for the nursery. NOT really a toy for your child to play with.

Purchased this for a baptism gift and it's just what I was hoping for. Engraving is high quality as is the bank. It's the perfect size and it came nicely wrapped (tissue paper and a nice white box with a ribbon). Would absolutely recommended this to others.
