 Absolutely AwfulYou can hardly decipher the picture on the golf ball, it's very bad quality. I'd like to return the balls or get a credit for what I paid. Not worth it!!! Rip off! Adjust the PREVIEW PHOTO.....because it doesn't show up like that on the ball. Very disappointed, and it's supposed to be a gift for my grandson.

Can barely see photo I’m disappointed in the quality of how the photo came out on the golf balls. It is very very light, much lighter then the prof I was sent. It’s actually hard to see. I unfortunately would not purchase again.

Picture can’t be seen The picture is so tiny. It looks like a blemish on the ball. It’s about the size of a dime. Very blurred and unclear.

Beyond disappointed!! I was so excited to get them for my husband, but was left extremely upset with how they turned out. The photo is so small and can NOT see it.

Poor quality picture I was so excited to receive this order to give as a gift for Christmas to my father in law “as a joke” the picture is so dark , small and unable to make any of it out that he’s not even going to know what it is. Not worth wasting your money.

Picture is way small Do not order the picture is incredibly tiny and you can barely even see it it’s so little. Ordered for my husband for Father’s Day and I’m so disappointed.

Disappointed Super disappointed on the personalization on these balls. The customization is not visible to the naked eye. You literally need a magnifying glass in order to see there is even anything on the ball. Really wish the technology flagged this or someone had reached out to let us know that it was not going to be visible.
Designed these for a groomsman gift for our wedding, but now they are just providing a joke. Would look elsewhere to customize golf balls.

So so so so so so so SMALL I don't often take the time to write reviews, because its time consuming and businesses are just trying. But this one, i just felt strongly about because it was so so disappointing. I bought the golf balls for a close friend of mine, an avid golfer and splurged on the Callaway balls rather than the house brand. The picture on the ball is TINY though. I put my friend's puppy on it and it was so small when he opened it he had to ask me what it was cos he couldn't identify the picture. Such a waste of money. Don't buy. Honestly.

Awful product It looks so cheap and unprofessional. The image is way smaller than the website preview that said it would look exactly the same. The picture is randomly placed all over the ball. I'm embarrassed to give this to someone. DO NOT GET. it's better just to get blank golf balls

Personalized Golfballs By Shopper (Wallingford , CT) - December 18, 2017 Very disappointed. Imagine is so small it is barely distinguishable. I contacted customer service and they referred me to quality control and they determined in their estimation they could not improve the imagine even if they reprinted. I would not recommend this product at all.

VERY Disapointed! The photo is WAY too small. We literally needed a magnifying glass to see the pic and even then you couldn't tell it was our dog. The final approval pic is very deceiving. What I received looked nothing like it showed. Would not recommend!
Also I would like to mention that after I received the product I was asked to review. I noticed that they do not list reviews by date, they list by stars given. All the bad reviews are listed last. That's not right!!!

Photo UNperfect Golf Balls Score Poorly By Shopper (Plano, TX) - May 10, 2016 I am a longtime customer and never disappointed - UNTIL NOW. Ordered this and I guess tough to tell from the photo - but on the actual item when received, the picture I submitted was REALLY SMALL - smaller than a dime - and tough to see. There's lots of wide open space still on the ball but when I asked for a rebuild, was told that's the way it's supposed to be. NOT a happy camper on this product at all (I'm sure the golf balls are fine for sport, just not at all for the personalized gift I intended). I would leave no stars, but you have to post at least one for this to submit.

horrible I ordered the golf's balls as a birthday gift. The picture was faded and liked used. Waste of money and now I have to scramble to get another gift.

Horrible disappointment- I sent this to my father as a birthday gift and when he received them the printing on the golf balls was terrible. It wasn't recognizable and very faint. The whole point of the gift was lost, I cant believe no one looks at these before they go out to the consumer. Buyer beware. On the bright side he is using them to put around the yard.

Poor quality & customer service By Shopper (Fitchburg, MA) - September 16, 2014 Purchased the product for my mother on her 60th and the quality and picture were so horribly done that she didn't even know it was her!! Emailed the customer service and all they had to say was sorry but their quality department said it would come out the same...do basically come out not as previewed and they are okay with that!!?? Horrible service and DO NOT recommend you will be extremely disappointed...don't waste your money or time on a poor product.

My mothered opened it for her 60th birthday and couldn't even tell it was her. Do not be deceived not worth the money at all. Showed much clearer in the preview photo then the actual item received.

Disappointing I ordered 2 sets of the golfballs as gifts for the grandfathers (one child's face on each set). The pictures were so small and so the quality wasn't very good. I think there is plenty of room on the golf ball to make the picture much bigger and then it would have been a 5 star. It's a great idea with poor execution. The pictures below DO NOT look like the actual product because (of course) the golf balls are dimpled so when the picture is that small it gets distorted too much by the dimples. Had the picture been bigger, I don't think the dimples would have mattered so much.
