The package was very professionly wrapped! The product was slate and it was wrapped in the bubble wrap! The sign is perfect.....no chips in the slate! Our concern was the leather string to hang our sign might not last in the outside weather. We decided to use 2 screws to hang the heavy slate. It looks great!
