I ordered the 6 photo collage canvas with frame for my wife for our anniversary. I was very pleased with the quality of the product. My wife was extremely happy with it. I have ordered several products from your company in the past and I have always been happy with the service and quality of the prducts you sell.

I ordered several of these for Christmas gifts. For the price, these are nice. Make sure you understand how the wrapping of the photo works so you don’t cut off a head or an arm like I did 1 leave plenty of room around your subject for the wrapping of the canvas. The preview was NOT how I received my canvas. So don’t rely on that. That’s why I gave it 3 stars.

It was extremely difficult to create from my phone which is where my photos are accessible from. It took multiple freezes and start overs. I almost gave up. I did use the desktop version and it wasn’t much easier. The end product was pretty good. I wish the app would’ve suggested cropping based on the picture wrapping the outer corners.

I like the canvas, it printed nicely. I was confused however because rather than already having something to hang the canvas affixed to it, the hardware was separate. Ok, not a big deal, I can hang a picture. The problem is that the wood or whatever it is is so hard you can't reasonably get the hardware into it. There were no instructions so I used my hammer, the hardware bent very quickly and was unusable. I ended up having to put together my own contraption with nails and wire, and in the process ended up nicking the edge of the canvas. I am annoyed about this piece, who would order a canvas and not want to hang it? IF this had come fully assembled I would rate it 5 stars.

I feel if a picture cannot be seen, it should be up to someone at Personalization Mall to call the customer to let them know that before starting production on a canvas. What is the use if the picture is too dark to see it?? Other than that, I usually praise the quality of work that you do but this time, I have to say, was disappointed over one picture not being clear...

Though the recipient loved the sentiment of the gift, In comparison to other canvas collages, I was somewhat disappointed in the quality. There is a white line that runs between the pictures that I found distracting (as opposed to photos blending and meshing) and I paid for the thicker "recommended" canvas and the "wrap around" of the photoss only goes to middle of the width leaving half of the sides solid white which makings it look less finished in my mind. Ok but no great bargain for the price.

The canvas turned out very nice, however a couple of the photos were only of the "good" quality when I uploaded them and as such are noticeably blurry when you look at them up close. From a distance you can't tell- so I guess in the end it is fine. I was under the impression that if the website was allowing them and they were "good" that you wouldn't really see a difference- I was mistaken.

Also, be warned that personalization.com is embedded in all of their gifts- not just the box that it comes in. This isn't a huge deal, except for the fact that people, could, if they wanted to, go to the website and find out exactly how much you paid for the item.

I was going to use this as a display for my wedding. However, I didn't take into consideration about the size. It's a great gift idea or just for home use. But first check out the size before you order this product. It turn out a bit smaller than I'd expected.

Disappointed in quality. Couldn’t see my dogs very well in more than 1/2 the pictures.

I ordered three of these frames as gifts for Christmas presents of family wedding photos. Some of the photos were to orange and some of the pictures were not centered great. Good idea but would not order again.

PLEASE do yourself a favor. Do NOT buy from this website. I had multiple issues cropping and adjusting my photos, and when I received my canvas, almost every single one of my photos were not the same as in the proofing (right before you order). Not to mention when I called customer service and asked for assistance, they were extremely rude. I asked for a refund and did not receive my money back. Like I said do not waste your money from this shady website. I have attached a photo so you can see the terrible job.
