 Great door mat, well madeHad some trouble ordering with a coupon code at first and after placing the order was charged with the full retail price without the code activated. The order was corrected after sending in an email to support. I will say I was pleasantly surprised how quickly the order was fixed and the new price was charged, versus the full price. Other than that initial hiccup the product was great, well made. Made a great gift!

My recommendations before ordering this By Shopper  (St George, UT) - December 21, 2019 I was and am delighted with my door mat! There are changes I would make though. The COLOR: I don’t remember the choices but I apparently chose a light beige. DON’T!! It was dirty within a couple of hours. Next, I would talk with customer service with a suggestion regarding the font. The middle initial is OK, as is the bottom line that says “The Prices”. But the most important “MOMMY AND BISCUIT” (my dog!) is very hard to see. It needs to be larger and in BOLD FONT. Love it tho!

Doormat This item was a gift. The family who received it stated they were very pleased and very thankful. I’m yet to see it but as long as they’re satisfied I’d gladly shop here again.

Fast Order Turnaround Ordered this mat for a gift. Good quality and heavy duty. The background is rather bland so it looks better with the black mat frame, which I didn't buy because it was too costly. Got free delivery, but had to pay an additional fee for the weight. Awesome delivery time though, only 2 days with standard shipping!

Incomplete I loved everything about this except for the fact that it wasn't connected. I paid extra for the border (so worth it!) but it came in two separate pieces. Now I have to figure out the best way to connect them without ruining it. This is a gift so I'm glad I got it first. If it's not going to be connected, you should tell people that it will be in two pieces and how to connect them.

Very nice I bought this for my in-laws 55th anniversary and it is very nice! It is a lot larger than I thought it would be and I know they will love it!

Elegant The floral monogram doormat was very elegant. My parents, who I bought it for, were quite pleased and thought it was too nice to let people wipe their feet on! We were a bit confused as to why the doormat was not attached to the tray. We thought that it would have been attached. We were pleased with our purchase, though.

2 separate pieces with the rubber tray! The quality of this doormat is nice and the monogram is also, but I did not realize that by ordering the rubber 'tray' it would be 2 separate pieces !! NOT thrilled about that! The mat simply sits in the inner section of the rubber mat without being secured or glued. If the corners do not stay flush, it could pose a tripping hazard. I thought it was a different style that would still be ONE piece. Over time I fear that the 2 pieces will not fit together unless it is actually glued to stay inside the tray. Be advised of the 2 piece mat with the tray.

Looks Good The quality and appearance of the mat was great the day it arrived but, I think the fault is mine, after it rained and folks began walking on it the appearance changed.
My mistake was in not checking the other available colors.
My wife and all the family like the mat very much and I heartily recommend this item but, check available colors.

Loved it, but, a little confused Bought this as a gift for our neighbors. They loved it. It is lovely, but, why is it in 2 pieces? The personalized (white part) is a separate piece from the black rubber mat.

Second purchase! We like the first mat we received but after years of use it was time to replace it. This time I also purchased the black frame and the mat fits perfectly. Very glad I spent the extra money. The frame will last forever. Only the mat will need to be changed in the future.

Looks great! I purchased this as a house warming gift and they loved it! The only complaint I would have about it is that the personalized mat has no way of sticking down to the rubber, it just lays on top of it. I feel like it can blow up from the rubber mat if a strong wind blows, the mat is very heavy so that's not going anywhere

Wonderful gift! My family members had just had their porch redone and this gift was perfect! They loved the thought! It was shipped and received on time. The only improvement I would suggest is to make the printing darker so that when facing the elements and shoe wipes it is still visible. That is my only concern, but other than that it looks great.

Well made This was a Christmas present for my grandson and his bride for their first new house. They were both thrilled with it and even their cats approved of it, promptly laying down on it and going to sleep. It appears to be well made with thick rubber backing (I included the optional tray) unlike one I purchased many years ago for my in-laws from another company. I was a little surprised the mat and the tray are two separate pieces not connected together. I hope that doesn't cause a problem during use. (Like tripping as I am a clutz.) Also the reason I gave it only four stars.

Imperfection One of the mats I ordered was improperly cut, leaving a noticeably crooked edge on the insert part. I had to trim it with a box cutter to make it acceptable. I didn't have time to return it and be assured of having the replacement by Christmas.

Nice I purchased this door mat as a gift and it is very nice. I wish the edges were a nicer finish but overall I am very pleased with the quality and print. I am sure my mom will be quite happy with this.

The personalized door mat I love my new mat that welcomes my guests just as they enter the door. A good place to dust your feet but too pretty for much more than that. The only thing about the doormat I was disappointed about was the floral design with our initial. It is created in such a manner that one has the illusion that the imprint of the flowers are actually "carved" out of the material. It definitely is a 3D print. This mat is perfect for inside but would not be one to use out in the weather. I am very pleased with the product and would purchase another as a gift.
