Nice gift and great customer service By Shopper  (Rancho Palos Verdes, CA) - August 4, 2018 I ordered this for a special presentation and when I received it the engraving was positioned too high, with the top of the imprint missing. After contacting Customer Service, they instantly emailed me back and ordered replacement items for me. I received them within a few days. My only issue is how tiny the print is on the item. I would rather have a larger font with less text. I do think it is a nice gift.

Small writing/Difficult to see By Shopper (Beverly Hills, CA) - June 6, 2018 The writing is very small and the shade of white they use makes it a little difficult to read.
Otherwise, the product is exactly as they describe.

Small The product was a lot smaller than I thought but it was still very pretty. The size of the font was a lot smaller as well. Overall nice gift!

JKL The item itself was absolutely beautiful just what I had imagined it to look like. The only negative was it was a little hard to read the inscription.

Mother's Day Gift I decided to use this rather than the one i saw for mothers because i thought it was nicer. it's a really nice gift, the only issue i had with t was the that the text was hard to see. I previously bought from here and the text was a little bit bigger and brighter. Doesn't bring any flower, i out my own.

Retirement Gift It is a beautiful piece of artwork, however the print is extremely small and hard to see once out of the box with the white tissue paper background.

Nice gift The detail was very nice. It beats the usual flowers and ballons people give as a get well gift. The only thing negative i have is it is quite small. I thought it would have been much bigger.

Bloom Vase I surprised a very good friend of mine with this gift. She loves it! I just would've preferred for the verse words to be as clear as the closing words.

Paperweight We bought as a gift, as a paperweight for a colleague. It was very nice but much smaller than i anticipated. Now that I know whatnot expect, I would purchase again.

Business award Second time to use this as an award. Like that it is small enough to fit on reception desk, but big enough to draw attention.
Do wish you could change the font inside the etched box. The small font size makes the fancy letters hard to read. Plus all capitalization (like a business acronym) look bad. With a little tweaking, this product could be great for employee recognition.

My only criticism would be that the lettering does not stand out very well against the clear background. Perhaps they should put some dark backing on the product so that the lettering is more visible.

smaller than expected, but perfect otherwise I guess I did not take in the size details when I placed my order. It is lovely, but a challenge to read in the size it is. Still a good value I might consider buying again.

Nice little gift Our daughter is being promoted to partner and we wanted to get her something meaningful and not too preachy. I had my own customized saying engraved (wish the font could be changed to a bigger font as it is really small font). Also, the salutation is a bigger font -- wish they matched the fonts.
However, still a nice token gift.

persoanalization glass and flower display This is a nice gift because you can write your own personal saying about the person but the engraving is hard to see and it needs to be etched deeper. Also You have to order a small flower that will fit in the slot in the hold. I ordered a small crystal rose and it's beautiful.

Personalized Bud Vase The vase is beautiful. It is very sturdy, not light in weight. But, because the writing is so small, it is difficult to read.

Needs Bigger Font Size I bought three of these for remembraces of grandparents that
have passed for my daughters wedding to have them there in spirit. The glass is nice and thick and very heavy. Nice quality there. My only complaint is that the engraving could have been in bigger font size as they're hard to read. Otherwise I think they'll be perfect. Thanks

Do Not Use All Upper Case Letters When they say Do Not Use All Upper Case Letters, they are correct. My fault, I wanted the names to stand out so I put them in upper case and they would have if it was normal print but with it being Italic looks terrible and unreadable. But with exchange and shipping costs there's no way I can afford to re-order.
Would have been a lovely gift but not giving it to her this way.

There should be less characters allowed so you are able to read the verse.
