The picture is misleading. It looks like it has a gray backing which I wanted. Instead it is clear and hard to read. Very disappointed.

I was not very pleased with this. The picture makes it look like the glass has some kind of a silver background that allows the personalization to stand out.It doesn't look like that at all. It is actually very hard to even read the personalization unless you pick it up and turn it an an angle and the insert for the picture is slightly crooked. For what I paid for this, I am very disappointed, and have to decide if I give it as a gift anyway.

I bought this item as a gift for our Godchild, and didn't love how it turned out. The writing is very difficult to see and the frame was not the best quality.

Very disappointed with this plaque. It appears silver in the website illustration, but when it arrived, it was very sheer glass and you can barely read the etched white text. I am embarrassed to give as a gift. Poor workmanship.
Do not recommend.
