Gave as a birthday gift - and had it personalized - came out beautiful ... the only thing I wish is that it was a little bigger.

I got this for boss’s day for my supervisor. He LOvED it. A little smaller than I thought.

OVERALL THE PRODUCT IS VERY NICE, HOWEVER, I AM DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SIZE; IT COULD BE A LITTLE BIGGER.

I really like this item and it will serve the purpose well for which it was intended. As is usual for this company, it was well crafted and most eye pleasing. I actually would have given it all 5 stars except the small size did catch me off guard; I thought it would be much larger! I had ordered an acrylic plaque for Fathers' Day and the sizing was generous so I made the assumption that this would be like it; surely the dimensions were available, so the assumption was my fault. But otherwise, it's quite nice and looks good on an acrylic easel.

It's a nice personalized crystal keepsake. I got it for my cousin. I didn't get any feed back or comments from him. It turned out smaller than I thought/expected. Hopefully my cousin likes it!

It was just what we wanted, except could not hyphenate the name not enough space.

I was overall pleased with this gift....however, I was hoping that the words and the recipient's name would be a little clearer/crisper.
