I have actually reviewed this item previously, but PM has not published my review. If I could give this item 0 stars that's all it deserves. PM should offer contrasting colors or else outline the personalization in a darker version of the pastels. The personalization on the bottom is not visible in white unless you have your nose to the canvas. When I filed a complaint they offered no solution because they said it was done correctly. $30+ is quite pricey for a 12" canvas that is illegible outside of 12" away. I would definitely NOT recommend this product. I will be using Amazon's many, many choices from now on. 10+ years ago I was a frequent customer of PM. My orders have drifted off to sparse. After this, they have lost a good customer. PM, your quality vs. pricing aren't in sync. Your guaranteed customer satisfaction is a farce. Sad to see what was a wonderful source for personalized items go downhill to cheating customers and refusing to uphold your own satisfaction guaranteed claim
