They are very reasonably priced and have usually arrived earlier than expected. So much better than flowers or fruit, the chimes are a gentle and long-lasting reminder of a loved one. this was ordered as a gift and I couldnt be more pleased. One of the cylinders actually was disconnected (it looked like the string broke) but with a bit of patience and savvy I was able to re connect and tie a knot in the string to re attache. The picture and quote are beautiful and I know the recipient will cherish this gift
