The mug is very nice. I like that you can personalize your message. My only complaint is I wish the name inside the snowflake was darker, bolder. It definitely doesn't "pop".

Love the quality of the mug. Was disappointed because the name on both mugs were printed up in the snowflake. Usually your products are always impressive. Hopefully next thing I order will be again..

The print on the cup looks so bad not nicely printed and quality is not good at all
