Please Note: There may be slight imperfections and some pieces may have slight differences in the wax. Our soy wax blend slightly contracts and expands with the environment's temperature which will sometimes cause the wax to pull away from the surface of your glass jar. This movement can result in a bubbled appearance. Once your candle is lit the wax will begin to warm and expand and these bubbles you may see from the outside of the jar will disappear.

my personal message was not added to my candle, and now i'm supposed to take pictures, send by i phone and supposed to use tech sutff i'm not familiar with. I ordered several items and all were perfect, so for the most part , i'm happy with your products.... I'm not sure the frustration of doing whats asked to settle the issue, so hopefully an easier way to receive a new candle with the personalization that was missing.... Billie Strong
