Beautiful!! At first I didn’t realize it had a protective film coating that needed to be pull off. Once removed it was gorgeous!

It is a beautiful ornament. The first one did come damaged. Took pictures, sent it to them, and they replaced it right away and packaged it to ensure it did not get damaged again. I've ordered ornaments from them for about 12 years now and this was the first time I've had an issue.
