Adorable but broken ornament

I ordered this ornament as a gift and it was delivered quite quickly. The ornament itself is adorable and I love it except it arrived broken into three pieces. I contacted Personalization Mall by email and they were quick to respond with an offer to replace or refund the ornament. I have requested a replacement and hoping it arrives as quickly as the first one. I gave 5 stars even though the item was broken as the quality was excellent and the customer service even better so far.
