Bought 4 of these for a friends weekend engraved with the first letter of each of our names and our motto “Best of Friends”. Mug had nice curved design with a foot (base).

I am very pleased with the Glass coffee Mugs. My brother-in-law likes cocoa, and the mugs came with two packages of Ghirardelli hot dark chocolate mix.
They will be pleased with their Chirstmas gift.

These glass mugs are more beautiful than I could imagine. The size of the mugs are very nice and the quality of the glass is above average. The engraving is what sets the whole thing off. This was the 1st time making this purchase and I was plesantly surprise.

I was happy and satisfied with the lovely mug, which isn't the first one I ordered; we love them. However, the second mug arrived with a defect in the heart-shaped clock, a tribute to my mother-in-law. To make matters worse, the customer service representative, Barbara, who happens to have the same name as me, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Therefore, I can't give a positive review of yesterday's order.
