Worst Experience EverI thought it would be perfect gift.Not so much!
My order status Never gave information on the shipment tracking. Called CS 4 times trying to get information about shipping. Each CS rep said they will send a message to the warehouse requesting email tracking info,but there was no expected response time from that department. Really??
Meanwhile, birthday party has passed & person leaving to go on a trip. I have no tracking info, so that it's not just on porch. SMH,but got a review email & NO item!
