My ornament came quickly, however the personalization was off center. I contacted PM via chat and was extremely satisfied with the service I received. I was told to submit a picture and would receive a response. I received a quick response and the ornament was immediately replaced. I am quite satisfied with the ornament and the excellent customer service.
