Connected Hearts Personalized Acrylic Ornament

I recently received the beautiful “Connected Hearts Personalized Acrylic Ornament - Gold” (Catalog #45712-G) that I purchased on July 5th. I just had to reach out and say thank you! It arrived perfectly packaged and I truly appreciated your wonderful communication throughout the shipping process. The quality is absolutely lovely . . . when the Christmas tree lights shine through it, the colors glow so beautifully it almost looks like it's lit by LEDs. It is such a considerate and thoughtful touch that the ornament comes with a protective keepsake pouch, too! This is going to be such a special addition to the tree. It’s very pretty. I bought it as a gift for my cousins’ wedding.

I am trying to get the post office to find it. The carrier scanned it delivered but it's not in my mailbox so I was very disappointed yesterday when I didn't get it I emailed the post office this morning and they're looking into it it'll take 1 to 3 days so I will write a new review when I receive it hopefully but bear with me I can't wait to get it it's very beautiful and precious to me

I love the item but it didn’t come with the string/ribbon

I want to be clear that I have been ordering from this company for years, without any complaint. I have recommended them to many over the years. This ornament was one of approximately 30 that I ordered this year. It came with marks and scratches all over it. It is the very first time I have been disappointed with a product form this company. So I assume that it was a one time error.

This arrived chipped and is incredibly thin/of cheap quality
