I order these for my Real Estate clients and they love them. Great to be able to give an affordable, personalized gift.

I actually bought the same mat last year and just re-bought it. I mistakenly left it out all winter and it did fade a little, thus I am replacing it. It is well made beautiful colors and if you bring it in in the middle of the winter, it should last a few years! My mistake ! Can’t wait for the summer to put it out and have it greet all of our guests!

It's the perfect size. The mat lays inside the black rubber frame. Very nice!

This item was to replace a previous one that had faded in the hot Florida sun. We knew that not keeping it under a covered porch would make it fade quicker, but it's where we wanted it to be. Fortunately the rubber mat (not shown in photo) will last forever and we can change out the designs for different holidays.
