I am so blown away by Personalization Mall. Not only do they tend to get the pkg delivered sooner than they even estimate, the product is always impressive - not cheap looking - not rushed looking (and I ordered my pet ornament like two or three days before Christmas and they knocked it out of the park - got here in time to give it to the recipient for Christmas and they LOVED IT!) This may be the fourth or fifth personalized item I've ordered from them and I have never been disappointed. Thank you Personalization Mall staff!!! Whoever trained you for customer service and product excellence needs to be rewarded!!!
