I just received this and it is just as I expected. I purchased it for a Christmas gift for my daughter and son-in-law so let's see how it works from here. I LOVE it and I know they will too. This isn't my first purchase and items have always been very good quality and arrives on time as promised. My fiancé is a big wine drinker and just completed opening 4 new stores in NYC. He enjoyed this gift so much and used it right away. He adored the engraved message in regards to his accomplishment and it turned out great. Good quality and even better gift.

The wine cooler was purchased as a 40th Anniversary gift. The ordering process was easy and it arrived as promised however the engraving was slightly slanted, and there was a scratch on the back. I immediately called customer service and Angela could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Within 3 hrs PM was making a new cooler and I rec'd notification within hrs that it was being shipped (expedited) so I would have in time for the BIG day. I will definitely make more purchases from PM.

We are happy to receive the wine chiller we ordered ON TIME and the quality of the product is acceptable for the price.

However, we are disappointed that the quality of the engraving is quite poor. The engraving is not deep enough and is not legible. We chose a darker font as we thought it would pop more but the engraving is so light, you have to strain to read it.

Maybe the engraving looks different on different products and material, but on the wine chiller, I do not recommend it. No photo to show as it has confidential information on it.
