Purchased for my Son and his familyI've ordered multiple items from Personalization Mall over the past year and I've been more than satisfied with each item. The materials are of high quality (I've ordered the Classic Comfort Personalized Grey Oversized Huggie Hoodie Blanket, the Close To Her Heart Personalized Canvas Tote Bag, five Ornaments both wooden and resin, 2 photo puzzles, and a two photo mugs ( about to purchase another). Their personalization methods are very professional: the engraving, the picture quality on the photo mugs, the writing on the ornaments and the carving on the ornaments are clear and without fuzzy edges or smears or any defects of that type. The Oversized Hoodie is so thick and soft, it's made with quality materials, I can see this lasting through the years. The canvas tote bag is made with actual canvas, not that thin cheap stuff some sites try to pull off as real canvas. I will continue to order from this website and I encourage anyone who may be on the fence to order as well, you won't be let down. Also, the items I've ordered have arrived within two weeks, most of them within 5 days. Since I'm reviewing every item I ordered, I've consolidated my reviews into one, so you'll probably see this review again. LOL
