Wow is all I can say. When I opened the box and saw the beautiful gift box and elastic ribbon on it, but when I opened that and saw the gift itself I was truly impressed. This is a great gift. I did have trouble getting the box open at first, but when I reached out to Christopher through the chat, he was a great help. It is difficult at first to open, but then it works like a charm. Great gift.

I like the quality of the box and the inside fabric. The craftsmanship is neat. It looks elegant and was shipped nicely. The engravings were printed on the glass precisely. The only thing that I did not like much is the color of the engravings. It was a bit lighter that I cannot almost read what it says. I hope in the future, there will be choices of darker color aside from silvery white. Overall, I am very happy with the product. It is perfect for a gift.
