We do stand behind our products 100% and if there is ever a defect or error in personalization we will certainly address the problem. However, we are not able to accept returns, or refund in full, for products that were correctly personalized.
This is what the quality assurance team sent me in my complaints. This is over $52.00 worth of quality. Do not purchase since the personalization was correct they will not honor the defect.
