The process of making a keepsake ornament through Personalization Mall on my end is simple. The hardest part is selecting one from the many ornament styles offered and deciding which picture I choose to use. The time it takes to get it made and sent by Personalization is quick as well. I will keep using this company, as I have for years.

The quality of this ornament is excellent--the optional picture on the back was very clear, and really took the personalization up a notch. I looked at a lot of First Christmas in the New House ornaments, and chose this one because all the other ones were geared toward couples. I bought it for someone who purchased a house by themselves (but isn't single), and I think it captures that situation perfectly.
