North Pole Delivery Personalized 16 oz. Bistro Mug

I ordered a mug with my niece's name and a personalized message on the back as a Christmas gift. I submitted the order late on a Friday afternoon, and it arrived at my door the following Monday! That's basically one business day! The mug is exactly as pictured with one excellent exception... I was expecting to receive a mug with the image and writing added as a lay-over (like screen printing or paint of some kind), but to my pleasant surprise, the image and lettering were etched into the mug - so no worry that the 'paint' would ever chip, fade, or fall off. This was my first purchase from Personalization Mall and it won't be my last!
