One suggestion I would make would be not to use Fedex the only time that I’ve ever had any issues on two deliveries and it had nothing to do with personalization mall it was Fedex errors I have been a loyal customer of personalizationmall.com since 2015. Everything is quality. The pieces are heavy and the top coat is very nice. My only complaint is that the top of the box is very flimsy. I hope that it lasts with time.

This is one of 3 products I ordered for my mother in law for Christmas. It's wonderfully bubble wrapped so I did not open it; however, I was able to see thru the wrap. It looks good including the colors. My mother in law loves pictures, as well as puzzles, so I will be ordering more.

Overall, it turned out great & my boss loved it. I was a liitle disappointed because the photos I selected had to be cropped to fit photo space but it still turned our very good. Overall it turned out nice.

I purchased this puzzle as a gift for my sister who loves building puzzles. I have not given it to her yet so I can only review what I see on the outside.
